The purpose of bulking and cutting is to play with your calories enough to allow growth to occur. That wasnt the "peaked" look. Been lifting since 17 (25 now). Bulked for the last 1.5 years up to 227. Did a mini cut to 210. And then started the official diet. Initial calories 3500. Worked down to 2800. Weight in after pics is 188. Time between pics is 12 weeks.
