  • You can do it! I'm heavier and can't do some of the moves *perfectly*, but I take my time and try to the best of my abilities. I've only done 3 days, but I'm feeling more capable and I think you can get there too. It's a tough program, no doubt, but you feel accomplished after doing one the sessions. :)
  • Today was a good day! Just finished day 3, it was tough, but I feel pretty energized afterward. May be the vitamin water helped abit during the workout, but who knows. Anyway can't wait for tomorrow :D
  • Just finished pygmetric cardio circuit, I forgot how hard it was! I felt like a slow dying turtle compared to people in the video, but I wanted to keep my form, because I don't want to risk getting hurt. Love the advice I'm getting from this thread btw.
  • I just completed the 30DS, took a rest day, and now I'm onto Insanity. I tried doing insanity a few years ago, but I gave up. Hopefully not this time! I did the fit test, and boy, oh, boy did I break a sweat. Glad to see other people are starting up too :D
