Because you have 4 days in a row off and are not very active on those days, I would say no. Keep it the same. I would make an effort to make sure you do get active for at least 30 minutes a day on your days off. Good luck.

I do strength, cardio, and then stretch if I have an hour at the gym. If I am forced by time to only pick one I do cardio. Just find what works best for you. All that matters is your verbs (what you do, move!).

I have been trying to incorporate more squats into my workouts this week and going forward. I hope it improves more than just my booty. I can't afford more booty.
