I have the celiac disease (boo for me). I do a lot of spiraled vegetables as a replacement for pasta. When I do pasta pasta for meals I use Tinkyaka Brown Rice Spaghetti Pasta. This is hands down the best brand of pasta ever.

I hate this part of myself. It is something I really wish I could change about myself. I'm working on changing what I binge on.* Is it high in fiber? If it's high in fiber (like fruit or veggies) I might fill up quicker and that signal in my brain to stop eating - will hopefully go off faster. Is it easy to get a hold of…

I have a lot of negative self talk. Currently, I'm working on deprogramming myself from that negative self talk. (Which is a pain in the behind.) I really understand where you are coming from with this. Some days it is really easy to let that loud, obnoxious, and annoying self doubt voice ring through your head loud and…

I use a combination of pinterest, my favorite food blogs, and some cookbooks. I don't have a "menu" book per say - I sorta use MFP for that. However, I do take an hour out of my week (usually Sunday) and plan out my meals for the week. It isn't the most convenient way of doing things, but it is helpful.

Fruits are easy to grab and a lot of them are in season right now: cherries, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, nectarines, and plums. The best part about fruit is how filling it is. Seeds are easy to grab snacks, but it is best if you portion them out before hand. Spaghetti squash seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower…

I have three websites for you to comb through and see if any of them might have some recipes to fill your tummy without upsetting your body: Oh She Glows Oh My Veggies Two Peas and Their Pod. I know restrictive diets can be a pain. I hope you find some food that is delicious and nutritious.

That sounds like a reason to check in with a doctor. Seriously.

I feel like I should protect my hubs and his delicate ways from all this attention.

I wish you the best of luck. :)

I'm so happy I'm not alone in my love for cherries. Fresh fruit is the best.

Fruit is naturally high in sugar. I would continue eating fruit in place of junk food. Fruit tastes fantastic and is full of flavor. You shouldn't worry about your sugar intake since it is natural sugar unless your Doctor says otherwise. Diabetes runs in my family as well. My Doctor says that me eating fruit is perfectly…

Diet coke and whiskey. All the sugar! Sugar for the sugar gods.
