Yes! I really hadn't exercised before I used this video. They modify some of the moves so that they are easier. I recommend it! The inches FLY off!

I encourage you to eat to lose. Get as close to your goal and eat those calories. I know it's hard some days, but it works!

I get online and play around with my food journal. I get a good idea of what I can consume so I don't end up with 1,000 cals at the end of the day. Don't give up! Keep it going! I had a two week lull after I started really working out. Idk what it was but I was losing inches instead of pounds. Then more weight started falling off. It's hard, but really think about how you are feeling and how your clothes fit.

This is going to sound silly.... Savor your food. We're always rush, rush, rush... grabbing food while we're on the go. multitasking, Try eating slowly. Drink water in between bites. If possible calm down a bit before you begin eating. This really works for me.

I played around with my calorie intake. My husband and I talked about it and concluded 1200 cals isn't for everyone. I suggest doing the same. Try 1500-1700 add exercise, if you're still hungry grab a healthy snack. I lose 1.5-2lbs a week.

I totally understand !! I get really moody when I can't workout! Exercise has become my stress reliever. But if you workout and hurt yourself more you'll only prolong the time you are laid up. Take control of the things that you can, and breathe deeply about the things you can't. :) Take care, I hope you feel better soon.
