The 30 day shred is amazing. I too am breast feeding and it was difficult to figure out exactly how much I should be eating. Our bodies don't want to give up the fat because it's needed to make the milk. What's your calorie intake? You should be able to eat about 1500-1700 calories and still lose. I'm not feeding my…

This is the way to do it! I promise that it's worth it!!

You look amazing! Woohoo!

Pretty dang close. I usually lose a little more than it says.

Take every day one step at a time. Realize that everyone has their off days, but tomorrow you can start again. I used to think one bad day of eating would wreck everything I did, but now I know if I come back strong the next day that everything will work out just fine. If I'm stressing or upset I try and count out a snack…

If I'm hungry I grab a healthy snack and don't really worry about what time it is. Hasn't seemed to bother my weight loss a bit.

OMG! Eat some fooooood! You have to keep your milk supply. Eat whenever you are hungry, just make sure it's as healthy as possible. You can be eating at least 2000 calories a day and still lose weight if you are solely breast feeding. Don't worry about your weight right now, worry about keeping healthy and working out.…

I absolutely agree with this statement.

Are you eating your exercise calories? Or even half of them? I don't eat past like 10pm, but I go to sleep late. Doesn't seem to have messed up my weight loss. How do your clothes fit? Did you measure yourself? Stick with it and make adjustments as you go along.

Stash of bag of healthy snacks in your car. Things that won't be bothered by the heat. Buy WATER. If you are going to stop somewhere, stop at a gas station and get some jerky. Making changes is so hard, but if you make the right changes your hard work will give you amazing results.

So, right! Thank you!

"You are a guy and you cannot be eating 1200-1400. Your body is in starvation mode and your metabolism is slowing down." I absolutely agree with this statement. You are definitely under eating. Making adjustments is hard, but we all struggle one way or the other. You can figure this out

As you can see, you aren't alone. This happens to the best of us, Here's what I've been doing lately. I'm treating my over eating and sweet addiction like I would if it were nicotine. I can't see your diary. Let me say this. You are gorgeous. You've lost 60lbs! That's amazing. Now for the hard part: Wanting to lose and doing the things necessary to lose are two very different things. I know when I get stuck at a weight for awhile, it's because I haven't been putting in the work. It's hard to be honest…

It doesn't even have to be a week. A day or two of increasing your food intake will do wonders for you. Then get right back on and start kicking butt again.
