  • Hi and welcome :). I'm new as well, I have a friend who has really bad back problems and she swims a lot. It helps with her cardio and it's a lot easier on her back than pounding away at the gym :)
  • Not classified as overweight according to doctors and such, really aiming to lose some flab and control my bad eating habits. I do all the house work at home so i was hoping it would help me in my mini mission :)

  • Hi, I'm standing just over 11 stone at the moment, hoping to drop that to 10 (starting small i guess). I'm 5'7" so my BMI is fine-ish. I work in an office, so snacking on quiet days is a worry.
