  • Many of you suggest that I eat less. I am eating between 1000 and 1400 calories. My caloric deficit is about 2000 calories a day. If I eat any less, I will be in starvation mode. I actually concerned that I may not be eating enough for the amount of exercising I am doing.
  • Borden has a 2% American slice with only 50 calories. Also, most lite mayos are only about 50 calories. Unless you are using a lite ranch dressing, you are getting about 200 calories a serving.
  • In an hour and a half when you again are hungry, eat something. Maybe some more fruit or another packet of oatmeal. I do better when I "graze" all day than when I eat three meals.
  • Make a liquid marinade, and marinate your chicken breasts over night. This should make them much more moist.
  • I don't think you well have gained weight. All that walking and hill climbing will make up for the lost elliptical time.
