agree with cwolfman13 - squats, deadlift (great for back too), and lunges - do these with free weights and get a great core workout too

I like 70's rock when I'm lifting - Rolling Stones, Doors, Jimi, etc. When I do cardio I lean towards country - Chesney, Paisley, Rucker, etc.
