It's really hard to look at the number of pounds you need to lose and not get discouraged. I have to break it down into chunks. If I lose 15 more pounds I will go from being obese to just overweight. Then I will think about going from being overweight to healthy. Smaller goals can turn into huge rewards! Keep up the good…

I also had 2 c-sections and was wondering if my stomach would ever be flat. Do any of you have small pains around where your scars are after working out?

I have been doing Zumba for about 6wks now. I love it! I will tell you what my zumba instructor told me my first class, work on the footwork first then add the arms and hips. It is seriously the most fun i've had working out. I actually look forward to the days I go to class.
