Push ups, sit ups, squats, lunges are all really good strength training moves that don't require any equipment. You can always modify the push ups to your level. I hate push ups....but they get the job done! I hope this helps! :)

My main one now is "It's mind over matter". I repeat it over and over until I get past my "wall" during a workout. I will definitely be using some of these others. What a great post!

I work the graveyard shift 4 days a week and on my days off I tend to keep daytime hours. So to make sure I keep track of my calories I count for the actual day I eat them. Midnight to Midnight.
