i am the same, my weight seems to like sitting there.. my trainer gets me to do an exercise where you are sitting as if to go down for a crunch, but then raise your feet off the ground, holding a 5kg weight at your chest and then start twisting from side to side from the waist up, bit hard to explain with deomonstrating…

have you heard of Mesomorph? i think it's pretty impressive, definitely allows you push harder and for longer as they say, the last rep feels like the first!... if you do some reseach on it you can see it has many other pro's other than just giving a boost for workouts like keeping the muscles hydrated post workout

I eat a non flavoured variety of quick oats.. but i add a bit of cottage cheese and then some Maple Flavoured Syrup (which has 0 sugar)... YUM YUM!

Everything is permitted.... it really depends on the individual Myself - i eat every 2.5 to 3hrs as i have a large appetite this consists of pre planned - breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, pre-workout snack and then dinner.. This prevents me from binge eating if i become ravenous!
