I started at about 85 kg, and I made sure to stay as close to possible to 1200. 5 months after being on 1200 I've lost 20kg. I can't imagine only eating 1000 a day is good for you. Also, I'm tiny at 5'2 and a student so I send most of my time sitting at a desk so I don't need as many calories as most people.

I walked about 5 miles a day and watched what I ate and in 4 months lost 30 pounds, i tend to hold weight in my thighs more, now that I'm back in school, my walking distance has diminished but i still stick with my diet plan 100%

I started to lose weight when I started to count and reduce my calorie intake. I still eat bad foods on occasion, but I make sure that it's rare and that I log it in my food diary. I try my best to never go over my daily calorie goal.

I love them so much!! But they are a bit higher up on the calorie scale. I love eating a slice of whole wheat toast with 1/4 of an avocado mashed and spread with a teenie bit of salt, some pepper, and a sprinkle of chia seeds on top. so yum.

I try to do some exercise and if by the end of the day I'm still over, I just continue on the next day. Going 100-200 calories over once isn't going to knock you off track, just learn from your mistake and see tomorrow as a new day. Plus, its nice to indulge once in a while :)
