  • I usually pre-log on days when I'm out of the house and have packed all my food. On days that I stay home, pre-logging doesn't work for me. Meal time will come around and I'll end up craving something entirely different that what I'd planned.
  • Nice! I really like listening to power metal or thrash while I work out. Blind Guardian and Annihilator are especially great at getting me pumped up.
  • I've tried a bunch of brands but I prefer my own formula... Just get a big tub of plain Greek yogurt, mix in berries, sweeten with stevia or honey, and top with walnuts or sliced almonds. Super tasty and cost-effective!
  • My new favorite thing for dinner is broccoli slaw with pasta sauce! Super low calorie, filling, and nutritious. Just grab a bag from the grocery store for ~$3, steam up a couple cups (2 cups is 50 calories), sauté with pasta sauce and meat/meat substitute, and you're golden.
