Forget about that, crash diets, cutting carbs, etc. Eat what you love and want but within your calorie goal (in a deficit). You don't HAVE to workout to lose weight but it's icing on top of the cake that will allow you to lose even faster. Trust me, no pills, no supps, no body wraps, I'm post Partum baby#2!

I reversed dieted for 8 months of trying to make lean gains and was up to 2600 and wasn't gaining weight still! It was almost difficult to fill those calories even with calorie dense food/carbs of "dirty foods" if you will of Poptarts and ice cream. I was increasing my carbs about 25g every week or so.

Falling below your BMR daily is NEVER ok and is practically starving yourself!

Military wife here as well. Hubby has been in for 10 years. We've been through deployment and training, and now we have a 9 month old daughter! Life is busy, but the challenges are worth it. We're also looking forward to a move this year.
