I sometimes get headaches after a pretty intense workout. But I have always had headaches so......but you are probably right, your body is just shocked with the changes you are making, I am sure it will get better!

I am starting today too! I just bought it yesterday and was planning on doing it then.....but my power went out for like 6 hours! So I went and played Basketball ball somewhere else where it had AC instead lol. I live in AZ where its 115! Anyway I am starting today and WAY excited. I have about 15 lbs to my goal weight.

Really the easiest way to find out is to get a heart rate monitor that tells you how many calories your burned during a workout, because everyone is different, with weight and your heart rate. So that is my suggestion Ü

I don't wear one but I would think I would leave mine on until my heart rate came down because I guess you would still be in the "cool down" phase of your work out so.....thats my opinion :wink:

I have heard (I have not gotten to the second half yet) that the second half is brutal, but I think at that point you kind of need the change anyway, and like in the beginning, you will adapt to it. If you call "adapting" not vomiting after every work out, lol.

dmisom79 - I think its better to start Insanity after you have done another work out routine, because then you aren't so out of shape, like me! The Jillian 30 day shred looks awesome too I will have to try it once I am done with this craziness.

Oh you sound like me!! I am in the same boat. I drive my husband crazy because I don't want to try new things. But in the last year or so i have gotten a little better. I think you just need to change your mind frame, just take little tasts of things and test it out. And that website jdedzant just posted sounds awesome!
