All of their work out programs on there are free! I love love love that site. And I work out at a gym. I love the motivation from others so I like working out in a gym, makes me work harder ;)

My before picture was about a year and a half ago and my after was just recently taken a couple weeks ago. And thank you! We are excited....well MOST days I am excited lol sometimes thinking about it just makes me tired haha

I actually did not follow his diet plan, I just ate as good as I could and took my own thermogenics and vitamins I prefer. I also like muscle milks protien shake its pretty good. And as far as the bizzy workout is concerned all you need is some dumbells and not even heavy ones because you are doing 20 reps of each exercise…

Here is a recommendation from someone who is still on the path to fitness....go to bodybuilding.com, pick a program (they are free!) and go with it!!! Do your best and set your goals! AMAZING site along with this one to track your food intake and the communities on both of these sites are awesome =-) Good luck!

If you want to lift you should do it in lower and upper body sections. When you do your upper body work on your Back, chest, shoulders, biceps and triceps.
