In PA here and getting nailed with snow. Not as much as New England but still a lot. Hoping to go for a hike tomorrow. I don't like cold weather but nothing is more beautiful than fresh snow fall.

Depends on what I am craving but I typically have the craving in a smaller portion or substitute it. A protein drink can quench many cravings for me but I got out of the habit of drinking them. Have to start doing that again.

I'm eating between 1000 and 1200. I have stopped losing weight. My dietician told me to increase my calorie intake by 200 on days I exercise. I don't know how I am going to though. I struggle with the 1200. I have gluten issues and I am lactose intolerant plus a picky eater.

My dietician says to have a little before a workout and then the rest after. I use vanilla whey (Jillian Michaels at Walmart). I mix it with Troop 50 OJ and a little silk milk. It tastes good to me and I don't like the taste of many things.

I've been taking it for 2 years. I forget at times to take it and I notice some difference. I have a lot of hair... and I mean A LOT. Even so, I didn't want to start losing it now. My dietician recommended biotin.

I am in this boat too. I am 5'8" at 149. I want to be at least 135. It just won't budge. I workout a lot but eat too many calories. I don't really know what to do with it. I want to tone up flabby areas and still get these last few pounds off.

Interesting question. My bf and i go back and forth on this. I drink entirely too much "water" but he feels I am adding chemicals into my body because I add propel to my water. Thank you Seafuss! That one has a lot of meaning for me but it was also my reward for hitting my first goal weight...Now I have another goal weight. lol That song was always beautiful to me kcwilliams. It became more meaningful after my son almost died. His incident out life into perspective for me.

I may sound silly but what is TDEE? I have a hard time with eating back my calories. Today for instance... I ate 1,108 calories but I went on a super hike that Endomondo calculated to be 1833 calories. Endomondo may be a little low because it was just using time and mileage. It baffles me too!! lol From what I've been told my carb limitation is slowing down my metabolism. I added in a little white rice instead of brown rice last night. I was also told my lack of carbs is also causing my sleeping problems. I slept like a baby last night. Not sure if it was a coincidence or something to it.

For a year and a half I have had 2 rice cakes (made with brown rice and gluten free) with peanut butter. Easy to make, cheep, and if i am in a hurry I put them together and eat it in the car (which is almost always).
