Thanks leahthelemon, I have only just started being really good again this week after the various events. I get my calories burned from mapmyfitness, I input my weight and it tracks my speed, distance, etc using GPS and tells me the calories burned when I finish, i generally average 4mph. As I know that I am back on track…

I was pretty sure that was the reason but then it did cross my mind that I could also not be eating enough now that my exercise has increased, I will keep an eye on it over the next couple of weeks I think, I have no more 'dos' in my calender for the foreseeable so no excuses! x

I currently weigh myself once a week whilst losing, I couldn't cope with the constant up and down of weighing myself every day, I think weekly gives you a good enough indication! I will probably go to once a month when I change to maintaining x

Me and two of my colleagues started counting calories 7 weeks ago, we are all aiming to lose a stone as a starter before one of them gets married in May.
