I saw 67.6kg on Mon and 67.5kg today - healthy BMI - yes!!! Now, I just need to consolidate that this week and start moving to a new goal of 66kg by the 21st May. I go home that day for a week and I haven't seen my family since Xmas so I want to be rocking 66kg!!

I need to get to 67.5kg to be classed as a normal BMI and I have bounced between 67.6kg and 70kg since CHRISTMAS!!! I am great during the week and I ruin it all at the weekend. As of today, I was at 68.6kg and my mini goal is to get through a baby shower on Sat and a lunchtime picnic on Sun and see 68.2kg at the most on…

May 1st will be the first weekend this year at the beach (bikini, yikes!) and then I have a girls weekend in Prague end of August that I want to be at goal for.

You are not alone. I once heated up a beautiful bit of salmon in the microwave at work and even I had to admit that it was really smelly. I had to listen to the office drama queen fake retching all afternoon. But guess what, the next day it was something else they were all going on about. It'll pass!

@JL2513 Oh wow, I live in Madrid so going to Momofuku is just a distant dream right now but is it worth it? What were the crack pie and compost cookies like??

I eat 1300 a day and Mon to Fri I eat within this goal easily. At the weekends I def find it harder, esp if I want a drink or two but I try to get the gym throughout the week and I don't eat back any of my exercise calories and this gives me enough leeway to see a .5kg loss each Mon. It took me a while to understand when I…

When I read your original post, it was like you were inside my head 10 months ago. I felt EXACTLY the same. I thought about my weight and how I hated being overweight every single minute of the day but I never changed anything I was doing, I just could not get started. And then I read the quote "Imagine where you could be…

Honestly, for me it has been the only way to stay on track. Every Sunday, I make up my plan, head to the shops just for those items and come back and batch cook. The satisfaction I get seeing my fridge filled with tuppers on a Sun night is a bit sad actually! Every morning I grab my yogurt, fruit and a tupper for lunch and…

I have lost 10kg since I started in Jan 2016 and over the last 9 months my husband has been quietly supportive, although there have been a few raised eyebrows when he would walk into the kitchen and I would be weighing every ingredient on my trusty kitchen scales and noting everything down before eating. Over the last few…

"Think of where you could be if you had started a year ago today."[/quote] This one thousand times over. I would always get so frustrated with how slow weight loss is and lost and gained the same 10 pounds over and over and it seemed so futile sometimes. And then I realized that if I just stick to it, in one year I will be…

You both look fantastic, and I am loving the classic Sun headline - "thin and frisky" lol!

I struggle to eat enough leafy greens as I find them so unfilling and bland but I have started to chop the leaves roughly with scissors and then mix in some cous cous (100g), tuna (60g), cherry tomatoes (handful) and feta cheese (40g) and it all mixes up into a more "solid" sort of salad, if you know what I mean, as the…

I'm kind and considerate - no pregnant lady is left standing on the metro if I'm there, no-one struggles into our building carrying all their shopping if I see them, I positively LOVE giving directions, and if need be, will take them a bit closer to their destination if needed. All those little things make me feel all…

W6D3 completed and then some, felt good at 25mins so kept going to run the full 30mins, yeah me!!! I am desperately slow but if you had told me 4 weeks ago I would have just done 30mins non-stop, I would have laughed in your face. So happy!!! Now I need to try and do it in less than 40 mins......

I just got the same no recipe message. I'm on my laptop and I was able to build the recipe using the button for Old Recipe calculator on the left of the page. Got that recipe entered eventually!

I'm in, please! I just looked through the April Challenge and I like the idea of being accountable to someone other than myself. I need a kick up the butt!

I would come home from work and eat a full baguette of French bread (the large, metre long type) with a whole packet of goats cheese and smoked salmon. Easily 1800-2000 calories. Then I would eat dinner with my husband later on as well! I still dream about it, sigh.....

Last time I was a member of Bannatynes, the membership was £90 per month for a couple so your £29 is a bargain - good gyms, well maintained, also Les Mill classes which are great. However, I am a total fan of PureGym, open 24hrs, tons of machines, really clean and an amazing price and close to work and home. As some others…

Hi all from sunny Madrid! Just completed Week 4 Day 1 but got confused in the middle (I don't have the app and do it from memory on the treadmill) and added an extra 3 min run and 90 sec walk before the final 5 min run so am quite pleased I completed it. Cannot see how I go from here to the Week 5 Day 3 run in less than 2…

Well done, you just totally inspired me!! I have almost 16kg to lose and I started back at the gym just last night. I staggered/walked/ran through 5km and it took me 47 mins and I thought there is just no way I could ever run the full 5km without stopping. THANK YOU for making me see it can be done.

You look phenomenal and have inspired me to keep going, well done!
