I find not eating at least two hours before bed helps me fall asleep faster. When I eat closer to going to bed I toss and turn.

I come and go- I lose a couple get discouraged and then come back - I go up and down about 5 lbs but need to lose at least 60lbs so I came back again too! I think success we don’t give up no matter how many times we fail at first- So I’m hoping this time I stay motivated and succeed! And… Good luck to you in succeeding to!…

Hello, today is my first day...again! I signed up about 6 months ago, and have gained 5 lbs since then...obviously I wasn't logging my foods or doing anything to lose weight. and unfortunately, took a step back... but today,... I just started today, I am 5 2 and ... I never thought of myself "obese" just overweight... wow,..got on the scale and freaked out... anyway...One Day at a time... Once I lose, I'll be adding some before and after pics... just not yet :)
