  • Sound like food is your weak spot. Try putting on some pheromones on your arm. When you want the holiday foods, just smell your arm and tell yourself you are being rewarded by your beautiful self. That's just a nice reminder to reward your self. Your friends and family will notice and you will feel special. You can do this.

  • I agree with you, If i were to cheat it would take forever to get back on track. A whole day, I might as well not be on a calorie counting diet.
