Just as with calorie counting, keeping track of what you spend as you spend it helps you save money. You'll always know how much money you have left.

One of the many reasons I like to live with blinders on. I don't like training with people and I don't like sharing details about my weight loss strategy (any more). People are annoying and offensive but they don't mean to be. We can't make them stop but we can choose how to take things. I should take my own advice ;)

There is no "should". Guys - It's just easier if you pay for the first date :) If a girl insists on paying twice, let her pay. Side note: Just make the first meeting (like off an internet dating site) a meet up for coffee at a cafe. Pay for the coffees and keep the meeting short.

I did the time based C25K using the Get Running app on my iPhone. I went from not being able to run for even a minute to running 7.5k non stop.

Runkeeper and iMapMyRun are good ones. Both are free. They are beholden to the quality of your GPS signal, though. I get really inaccurate routes when I run in the CBD here in Brisbane. +1 When I have to run on a treadmill I make the incline 2.0 or above to simulate the effort running outside takes.

Once a day is as granular as you want to be. Even once a day is a little obsessive. I weigh myself once a day and while I'm used to it sometimes I do get a little crazy when the weight's not going down. I find that if I don't weigh my self everyday I don't feel accountable for letting myself go.

She's probably within the acceptable level of body fat for a women. In terms of attractiveness yeah of course she's hot. Dumb as dog's balls though.

Just remember to only use HRMs for calorie estimates when performing aerobic exercise. Using an HRM while lifting weights can give you good info about your heart rate but that heart rate doesn't translate to calories burned. Sucks.
