Myself if I'm not counting it's just chaos. I know this is a symptom of a greater problem but right now if I count, I'm ok. To get off counting I guess I'd have to move to a clean eating style diet because it's easier to get less calories by accident with a diet like that.

The artificial sweeteners are fine. I drink a lot of Pepsi Max and that's bad because of the caffeine. A little caffeine is fine but I take in waaaay too much of it.

You and me both! The good news is that when I get obsessed there's no stopping me from losing weight. Right now I don't have that obsession. Probably not the best way to live I guess.

At least parallel, deeper if your hips are made for it. How deep someone can go depends on their bone structure. If you're just breaking parallel then you're fine.

Go with what you enjoy. If you enjoy it you'll be more likely to do it. As long as the exercise you choose doesn't injure you I think you it should be fine.

Hun once I went to uni in my white jeans. At the end of the day I came home and took my jeans off. I had poo'd my pants! I was having stomach problems and instead of staying home and getting better I went to uni. HOW MANY PEOPLE must have seen POO ON MY BACK SIDE ALL DAY!?!? Anyway, chin up. You'll lose the weight.

If you know how many calories was in your blow out then you're doing better than me! I find that if I can log it, even if it was the thing that pushed my day over the limit, then I feel a lot better about it. It still slows your progress but at least you have 100% accountability to it. Unlike me who gorges and has no hope…

Just keep at it. Just keep the exercise and diet planning as a part of your routine and get on with life. If you don't see progress in 4 weeks then change something. Assess your plan and see what you can do to make it work better.

I drink lots of black coffee and Pepsi Max, more than I should. It's not the fake sugar that's the problem, it's the caffeine. I love caffeine but even I acknowledge that I take way too much of it.

I'm not saying that some foods are not bad for you separate from how much you consume. I know I feel like crap after eating salty popcorn while watching a movie. I'm just saying that there's a trend of worrying about things that don't need to be worried about.
