I am also interested in purchasing one but am looking for one to help tell me how many calories I'm burning. I've read a lot of reviews that said the step counts can be rather inaccurate, is there one that's better than others and takes in how fast you're moving/heart rate into the calories burned equation?

Consult your PCP and have them check hormone levels. You could not be producing enough of a thyroid hormone and that'll keep those pounds on.
