After a very disappointing couple of months I am slowly taking baby steps. I have managed to log in constantly. Today I logged everything I ate. Now to keep that up and get active again. My meds where switched again but I'm so sick of that messing with me so I'm going to just push through.

I log it as general aerobic since she states in most of her dvds they are aerobic and also you are moving at a faster pace then if you were walking outside. Her brisk pace is around 5mph average going up to around 7mph.
