I started the 30DS about two years ago, but didn't stick with it and ended up injuring my knee while running anyway. But knee is healed and yesterday I just told myself I was going to do it and aim to finish properly this time. It was tough, but I felt good afterward, though my arms are hurting today!

Fell off the MFP wagon for a few months and gained an extra 5lbs on top of my initial starting weight, so I am now carrying 180lbs on my 5'10 frame. Aiming to lose 30lbs. Love these inspirational pics!

I just went to my first Spinning class today and absolutely loved it. It's hard, yes, but when you are there you want to push yourself and I have to say seeing the sweat pouring out of me only made me want to work harder. Totally addictive workout and high intensity too. Can't wait for the next class!

THIS. Who gives a flying f**k what other people think anyway!? And wearing a shirt can be cumbersome in a pool. Just wear your shorts and swim away. It's a great low-impact way of exercising. You paid for the gym membership, you have the right to enjoy the facilities! So enjoy them :)

I smoked my last cigarette 10 months ago using the Jason Vale Stop Smoking app and have not looked back since. Once you realise you are not actually giving anything up, it will not be in any way a distraction and you can just focus on exercising and tracking your food. I don't know how anyone could want to smoke after…

Awesome! And yes, it is totally doable. I think I've realized that the most crucial part of this will be to track my food very carefully and not go over (like I did today - oops!) I should get one of those tracker bars added to my profile. I just wanna walk out of the doors at the airport and for my family to go......'WOW!'
