Hey I'm a first time mum too with a 4 month old! I started at 194lbs now I'm 149 lbs want to get down to 133lbs I've been following the 5:2 diet exercising by walking briskly (carrying baby in her carrier) and doing crunches, lunges, squat etc.

It's just become a habit for me to count calories like brushing my teeth I started my first diet at the age of 14 and I've been calorie counting ever since I need too if I want lose weight and keep the weight off!
