Hi I am mom of four boys.. I work full time and beyond, I am a fatty and can't get motivated to even start to lose weight I am gaining and I am horrified. Not sure what to do at this point! Oh and the 8 pounds lost is actually 10 gained... On my ticker

I decided to have a cheat night last night after reading this post.. We have pizza on Fridays and I LOVE pizza so I had some, and it was yummy, I had two big pieces and I was stuffed, felt a little guilty, but I am going to workout hard today!

I started at 194 I am at 186 and want to be at 135-140. And I want to do that by next week! :) Really I would love to be at my goal weight by next spring!
