One of you asked for some numbers: Height= 5'4" Weight=141 Goal Weight=130 Thanks for all the feedback, it's helpful. I've lost 45 pounds over the last 18 months and need to get the last 10 off. It's a struggle!! Thanks for your help!! :happy:
