  • I do spin class alone all the time. I've been doing it well over a year. Most of the people in there come alone. You will get to know people (if you want to) quickly because most classes have a group of regulars. Once the class starts, nobody is thinking about anyone else.
  • I grew up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at specific times but also snacked throughout the day. I ate too much and gained weight. Now that I have a child, things are different. Meal times are much more structured and snacking is limited. That works for us. I always try to plan a couple of days in advance.

  • I use a KitchenAid immersion blender. I got tired of having to clean the larger blender every day. It came with a fairly tall beaker that I make my smoothie/shake in and then I drink straight out of it.

  • That's my problem. Peanut butter is one of the few things that I seem to lose self control with. I could eat a whole jar of Smucker's natural peanut butter straight out of the container with a spoon. I still buy it once in a while but not nearly as often as I used to.
