I finally went a day without snacking non-stop! I know snacking isn't bad for you, but I generally am eating every hour. I was a bit more normal today and ate at set times at least three hours apart. I feel satiated after I eat and it's a great feeling. :happy:

I love cereal. My favorite lower calorie types of cereal are: Original Cheerios, Multi-grain Cheerios, Rice Chex, Special K Red Berries.

I can eat a whole container of anything without thinking. Which is really bad. QFT I can easily lose weight on 1600-1700 calories per day, even without exercising too much. People are fearful to up their calories if they're seeing results at 1200, but it's much easier to make 1600 calories part of your lifestyle for the long term vs 1200. And much healthier.
