Start straight away. My PT got me to sign up on here so he could check my diet and my first day I had a birthday meal out at a really nice restaurant so I started off in the red. It really helped to focus.

Thunder - Classic British rock at it's best. Their timing was off, they got their break just as grunge hit. 5 years earlier they'd have been massive.

My waist, the first 4lbs I lost also took 3 inches off my waist, it settled down and became more even after that. It's always my bum and thighs last.

1) Had the confidence to wear a bikini in a public pool for the very first time in my 42 years. 2) Gave away too black sacks of too big clothes, including the ones which were too small when I first started losing weight. :happy:

I started all of this because I had 4 dresses in my wardrobe which hadn't been worn because they were too tight. They're all too big now and the new trousers I bought for work 2 months ago, too big as well. Expensive business this losing weight. Need to find a tailor. :smile:
