Did my favourite walk in The Lake District (UK) at Easter. I'm 5'3 and female and eat way more than that. Yours seems really low, but I'm no expert. I eat at that sort of level on rest days. Thanks, I'm only 6 months in so maintaining and improving is my goal now. I was a UK 10/12 and down now to about an 8. For the first time in my life I can look at my arms and legs and see them as normal size. Butt and legs are the last thing to go on me.

I've been working with a trainer for 6 months and he is awesome. I was typical in that I only ever stayed within my comfort zone in the gym.
