Umm..what? Why are you with him if he is this controllin gof you??...you already know what you need to do. you just don't want to hear it. You have to do what is best for you. Why would anyone want to stay with a controlling man like this who doesn't want whats best for you and your health. sounds like he has some serious…

actually, pretty sure you can work on "Tone" before you even lose a ton of fat. Strength Training does numbers for a persons "tone" while burning fat at the same time. I'd much rather work on my "tone" while im losing weight, then lose a ton of weight and have a load of excessive skin. Endurance and strength are just as…

Could be time to replace the battery? Do you take the snap on sensor off when you are not using it? i also heard submerging it in water to clean it is a bad idea. Hope you can get it working soon! Love my FT4!

Then I sort of got addicted to PS3 gaming - Call of Duty /Black Ops to be exact. Sigh. I rarely get to play these days..work and gym time kind of take priority. Im sure…

I weigh 300 lbs. Im 6'1" and my TDEE is about 2500 cals a day. I average between 1800-2200. you should not be eating 1200 cals a day, or jumping form one extreme to the next. Way to freak your body out... and should probably "ease yourself" into making healthier choices and getting off the couch more.. we all fall off the…

Invest in a good HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) and wear it when you do "serious cleaning" see what you burn if you are curious... if its significant, count it. That is what I do. The bigger you are, the more you will burn doing "everyday activities" like climbing stairs, doing laundry, mopping etc. TDEE -20% is the easiest way…
