I agree. Have to make sure some days I eat the calories. Which is good. My life isn't revolving around food so much now.

Hang in there. It is better for the weight to come off slow so it will stay off. You have 4 pounds for less than a month. Only 1 more to go and you will reach your first goal. Hang in there you are doing great.

Logging in everyday helps. Even if you get off track 1 day, log it. I helps me to want to get back on track. Good luck.

I know what you mean. Even though I don't always make the goal calories, it lets me know where I am using them.

That is what I had lost the other day. Just hang in there and it will happen. Occassionally we slip and we get right back up and start again. Hang in there we are with you.

I can't stay on my either unless I enter them here. this site helps keep me motivated and some dys even that doesn't work. So I just start again the next morning. Glad you are back. We can keep each other going.

idn't realize it wasn't. So I found out where to change it. You are right we ae all humna and going to fall off the wagon occasionally. Then we just pick ourselves up and start agan.

I love my Diet Mtn Dew. I have cut back just so I could convince myself to drink water.

I have a really hard time as my food diary will atest to. I think it really helps making myself enter all the food I eat and not cheating. so I may fall off for a day or two but then try to get back on. If I can lose only a 1 pound a week that will be good. As spring gets here I am hoping better weather will bring more…
