I am using the Android MFP app. Is it only on the Apple app that works? Because I don't see more in the Android version. I will look on my iPad.

Knee replacement then exercise. I had a knee replacement in March of this year. Going through the physical therapy helped get me started on the right track and is helping my other knee. How much walking around campus so you do? When you clean house how long does it take you? Is there walking and moving stuff involved with cooking? All these little things count. I know structured exercise is good. But for those of us that can't do that or don't have time. Put a little more movement it what you already do.…

Of course you have the bad days. Mine are usually because we are visiting someone or traveling. I just get started again the next day. I don't let it get me down and am just thankful for what I have already lost. Come on and joins us. Together we can make the weight come off. :smile:

I know what you mean. I used to do the same thing. Fall off for what seemed to be no good reason and eat everything in sight. What has helped me the most is logging what I eat on this website. I still fall off some but not as bad and not as long. it has taken me 8 months to lose 30 lbs. That almost is discouraging but it…
