No super healthy but I am making my own hummus now and its so easy. 2 drained tins of chick peas 100ml of olive oil 1 tsp of ground cumin 1.5-2 lemons juiced 1 clove of garlic blended then salt and pepper to taste a roasted red pepper works a treat but is not mandatory

Great job. That is what i want to achieve. training smart this time and not randomly lifting weights and hoping I get a low bmi by chance.

Most of my days are about 1200 and I don't feel hungry at all. I do need to find a cheaper lunch than sushi as £10 lunches feel a bit extravagant.

I feel like i'm in a better place now. Since I started taking anti depressants I feel like I start my day at 0 and can actually be affected by the little things. Before I felt like I started at minus 5 and would have to have a 7 day to register a 2. I'm happier than I have ever been and am not in shape which feels like…

I have a whole bag of these clothes on my cupboard at home. Been away in Italy for 6 months and am looking forward to trying them on when I get back to England.

Thanks everyone. I'll still log my food even if I stop losing weight. Its scary how the weight can keep back on without you noticing and avoiding the scale helps nobody.
