  • I recently switched to almond after finding out about the longer shelf life. Im not a milk drinker so its just for smoothies and cereal and i love it. I did try and drink a glass of almond milk once and didnt care for it on its own.
  • that's awesome... i started at 205, just under 190 now and trying to get to 165-170, so its nice to see your progress for reference.
  • I keep mine pretty basic, frozen fruit, cup of almond milk and a scoop and meal replacement shake. I made one this morning using orange juice instead of frozen fruit, and it was really good, almost like drinking an orange julius.
  • I've learned my indoor bike is a good way to warm up when its cold out instead of cranking the heat. My problem will be staying away from the homemade hot cocoa mix.
  • Currently I can do about 23 miles a night on my stationary bike on a resistance level of 5 out of 8, averaging about 18mph or so. However when i checked my pulse immediately after and it was a little under the target range. I can't remember for sure, want to say it was 119 bpm and should have been 133 at least. Am I better…
