Using a fitbit to track my steps, for 13375 steps its saying that burned approx 527 calories. Does that seem close? My activity level is set to the lowest, so i'm not already compensating for an above sedentary level of activity. Thank you all.

Currently I can do about 23 miles a night on my stationary bike on a resistance level of 5 out of 8, averaging about 18mph or so.
