Part 1- Dancing 20-30 Minutes 1 pt Logging cals burned 1 pt 2 pts for the day. I loved the dancing I turned on music and baby girl and I danced around. We both had a lot of fun w/ it she was giggling like crazy.

Stayed the same technically but I actually list the lb I gained back after being sick. Love the emotional challenge!

Mini-challenge: I'm finally over being sick and we're getting back into our routine. I'm so glad because my daughter does not like her schedule bring messed with. We're having a great day and it's so nice.

I did well this week and I'm down 1.5 lbs! I lost 2.5 when I was sick but gained a lb back (I was dehydrated and hadn't eaten so I think it's just water/suger rebalancing)

Yea! I signed up. I'm completely committed. 60 days would be perfect, it should be long enough for me to make major progress or even reach my goal! I love the buddy idea. I REALLY need accountability someone to check-in with.

Yes, we dealt w/ infertility and there was a year or so that I was definitely depressed. I dealt with it by talking to my husband and finding a online support group of women going through the same thing. Of course now that I have my daughter it's not an issue.

Emotional Eating, I tend to use food when I'm happy or sad.

When I was about 5, we went to Disney World and I remember being so excited to see Mickey.
