We head out weds after lunch to drive to my parents. Thursday we'll have a big lunch with family and friends at my Mom's. Saturday we'll see my Dad to celebrate with him.

10/24: 135 10/31: 134 11/7: 132.5 Down a lb and a half! probably water weight but hey a loss is a loss!

1) keep tracking everything I eat/drink. 2) don't go over my allowed daily calories 3) exercise 3 days a week. 4) make it down to 131 on TGiving (3 lbs lost)

Had a good weekend despite a brunch at my husband's Grandmother's with the full southern fare. Picked up some diet friendly food at the store (fruits, veggies, low cal meal options.) so hope I can stay on the right track this week and have a loss to post Thursday!

I'm in! I hope to reach my goal before then but who knows! I've got 10 -15 to loose, I'd love to get to 110 (I'm 5ft so a good weight for my height) but I usually hit a wall around 115 when I loose weight.

I'm in, I've lost my baby weight from my first daughter 18 months later but we're starting to talk about having another and I'd like to be at my best weight before then! I'm hoping for a vaginal birth after c-section (dd was breech) and being at a better weight will help!
