Hi, I usually have about 300-400 food calls left. I eat 4-6 meals aday. Clean eating, lean meats, fresh veg and some fruit. I am doing alot of excersise so in reality I could have up to 1400 cals left by dinner but I don't count my excerise cals. I generally have a night time snack-protien.,,,, I find that I get alot of…
