I've been running for over ten years, have done 2 full marathons, 22 half marathons and I don't know how many shorter distance ones. I've never once run with music.

I smile and say hi to every runner, walker, biker I see. The lucky ones get hugs.

I'm always friendly - whether working out or otherwise. I've been going to the same gym for several years so I say hello to those I know and smile at anyone I make eye contact with. The same with running ... and most people say hello back. But I don't go into cheerleader mode for anyone and I wouldn't interrupt a workout…

People still get newspapers? ;) I throw my running shoes in the washing machine - and then I air dry them. I've never noticed any damage or misshapen-ness (new word? I think so!) I often exhibit poor judgment though.

I've run in just a sports bra and shorts (although I think tassles might actually provide enough support for me ... ) But I run primarily on trails. I see women in bras & shirt-less men running all the time and don't give it any thought. The key is being comfortable.

I'm 5'10. I weighed about 125 - 127 pounds when I graduated from high school. I weighed 139.6 this morning. But I still fit into my senior prom dress. Zipped and everything :)

I just put my key in the pocket of my shorts. The only time I carry my phone is when I'm out in the wilderness by my lonesome .... then I put it in an armband.

Boot camp 3x a week for an hour Yoga 2x a week for 90 minutes Run 4 or 5 times a week ... 45 minutes to an hour most days, with a longer run on the weekend: 90 minutes or more.

I think most race shirts are ugly. I've kept a few long sleeved ones but the majority of them go straight to Goodwill. I have a display rack at home for my finisher medals and my bibs are pinned to the walls of my office cubicle.

I absolutely love yoga, especially hot yoga, because I like getting sweaty. And it's a great counter to running. I much prefer power vinyasa to hatha, which is too slow moving for me. But it's not for everyone; do what you enjoy doing.

I do it, and I see men and women of all shapes and sizes running topless or in a sports bra, and don't think anything of it. Well .... a topless woman or a guy in a sportsbra might make me look twice.

I've gone running drunk - it's not that bad. I don't track my calories anymore, but when I did - I just made room for the booze ones. I only drink a few times a month though.

I'm 5'10 and have been at my goal weight of 136 pounds for several months. Last time I had my body fat checked (summer) - it was 16%. I'm a size 4 to 6. I don't wear heels on a regular basis but I do like to wear them when I dress up.
