Best advice is go big for breakfast get filled up. I like oat meal and an apple, lunch i do tuna on pumpernickle, lettuce, mayonaise and a side salad. dinner half of a baked potatoe, salmon, steak, or chciken breast with a side salad or steamed veggies.
