that is fantastic and also I can relate ...........I am staying at the same weight but exercising every day and havent lost anything in 2 weeks so it gives me hope that eventually I will start to drop the weight.................Keep going

One top thing I have learned is never go grocery shopping when you are hungry and or tired because everything looks good at that point. I find early in the am after breakfast or anytime after a meal and when I am well rested is the best time to shop because you are alert enough to pay attention to labels and of course good…

I have been dieting for 5 days and excercising for 7 days straight. I have gone under my calorie limits by 100 or so calories and have gained 1.4 pounds.
