for me, I've learned that I need to have some carbs to feel full, so a slice of whole wheat bread with some peanut butter on it with a big glass of water will keep me full for a few hours - hopefully you'll be able to find foods that can keep you full, it's not the same for everyone - good luck

if it's just for you, you can make your own - fat free, with a potato and a microwave http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Microwave-Potato-Chips/Detail.aspx I've done this before, but I didn't have the parchment paper, so I lightly sprayed my plate with a little oil, just make sure to slice the potatoes thin (a mandolin would…

we just had jennie-o turkey dogs (70 cal) today and on a slice of 45 cal bread (ditch the bun), it's very low cal. you can also take lettuce and some sandwich meats (at least for day 1 and 2). don't forget canned foods, you don't need to warm them up if you don't mind cold chili, southwest beans, stew, soup, etc (don't for…

writing down everything I eat really helped me, that's one reason MFP works well for me, I have to decide if it's worth eating, if I really want to consume those calories (not food, calories) ... helped me to not eat off the kids plates good luck

I didn't say what I use for cleanser :) I use the Oil Cleansing Method (OCM), it's really very cheap to make, and it works for me. Basic OCM recipe: 1/2 castor oil, 1/2 olive oil (you can use other oils too, jojoba, almond, avocado - I just alway have olive oil) I found the basic recipe too dry for my face so I now make a…

lettuce tossed in a bit of dressing, chopped chicken breast or some turkey (deli meats work) ... stuff it in a whole wheat pita OR salad: lettuce, black beans, cooked chicken breast, salsa, a little greek yogurt and maybe a bit of shredded cheese
-
flavored cream cheese, any soft cheese (that you like), hummus, tuna salad, chicken salad, bloody mary ... or chop it up, wrap it in servings and freeze for soups or for other dishes you use celery in

I have back problems (not from being chesty though) and I found out from my doctor that my insurance covers breast reduction if you have back pains. Don't know if you're interested in that but it's another option to check out. I wish my insurance would cover a tummy tuck for back issues though. Good luck.
