- I was a cold person anyway, but now I get ill at work with the air con on. - The ridiculous amount of money I spend on clothes now I'm a Size 8. - Drinking less wine. It makes me sad. - People only wanting to talk to me about weight loss and nothing else. - Random strangers popping up from the past - you weren't…

Definitely agree with this. The biggest joy comes from getting back into that dress you haven't worn for years - or from being able to run 5k without collapsing - or from being flirted at by actual hot guys and not just the desperate ones ;)

Don't stop eating the foods you love. Just cut them down. Everything in proportion is the key. If you love chocolate, but you stop eating chocolate completely, you'll only get depressed and probably binge on it later....

My main way of exercising is walking. I've lost 3 stone in 6 months. So yes, I'd say it's pretty damn effective. Try make it a power walk though, not a gentle stroll. You have to feel like your exercising.

Exactly what I do. 'Oh i need to get rid of all these sweets that have culminated in my house as I'm on a diet. Throw them away? Don't be silly, I'll just eat them instead'

You'll then be less tempted to snack as you wont have to sit around for hours being hungry. 2. Brush your teeth straight after dinner. This…

One more....Butter. I mean proper butter. I find absulutely no problem at all with Flora Light which is about a quarter of the calories of full fat butter. If I do have real butter, I'll ummmm and ahhh about it, but when the calories come to more than whatever you've just put the butter on, you know your in trouble.

And WINE of course. The calorie content in a glass of rose is ridiculous. Who would chose 2 glasses of vino over an entire meal?

The problem with Pasta is the fact you can't just have it on it's own. You have to have something with it, (in my case, an absulute tun of cheese), so by the time I'm done the calorie content is HUGE. However I am such a fussy eater that Pasta features largely in my diet, meaning I end up having to almost starve the rest…
