My philosophy in life is "Treat yo self." Still working on the moderation part, but it's good advice. Having a healthy mind and body isn't worth it if you don't have a healthy soul, so GO FOR IT! One won't destroy you.

I usually stay within my carb and protein limits, but I ALWAYS go over in my sugar limit! It really makes you see how much sugar we consume on a daily basis. It's very hard to pick foods that don't have sugar, as just about everything has sugar in it! I really don't like it when people say "just eat less sugary foods."…

I'm 24 turning 25 in a few months. I've been working on losing 30 pounds (with an ultimate of 50 pounds, but I have to still be able to fit in most of my clothes for the next several months lol), so some motivation and some recipes would be great. :)

So far, I've given up potato chips and those kind of junk food. They're still in the closet, so if I have a huge craving, I just have a handful of it and it usually satisfies me. Soda and fruit juices (except for Orange Juice) is another thing I'm working on, but my roommates are big soda drinkers, so it's hard to stay…
