Amen! My when I come home from anywhere, my heelers are sitting at the door with toys in their mouths... Wiggling their tails of course. Leash training my pup is a tad bit frustrating, but... I'm going to keep working on it, because she's getting better!!! :)

I hear for hot yoga that it's like swimming vigorously for 60, 75 or 90 minutes in a pool! It is very relaxing, an amazing workout, I highly recommend it!

I love using Chia seeds so much! I put them in my protein smoothies in the morning, and I'm full for hours, I concentrate better in class, I have more energy.... And believe it or not, my hair is starting to grow back in, fill out, and get thicker!!!! Happy news for a cancer survivor!

I've got a Red Heeler/Australian Stubby Tail Cattle dog (Mack) and a Red Heeler/Black Lab (Molly)... I couldn't see my days with out these two. Mack and Molly bring me joy and unconditional love every day! Plus, I've lost like ten pounds since I've had Mack. I don't trust people who don't like dogs. Haha.
